I'm organizing volunteers for the LA area of the Newsom For CA campaign. Gavin Newsom is the current Mayor of San Francisco who has accomplished a lot while in office, including granting marriage licenses to same-sex couples after only 36 days as mayor and creating universal health care for SF.
Now he's running for Lieutenant Governor in the November election and I need people to help me spread the word here in Los Angeles.
We'll meet weekly in both the Hollywood and Santa Monica area for several hours to to help inform registered voters of our candidate.
I'll supply free food, pizza, drinks, etc... you can come to as few or many as you like, but please only serious supporters and volunteers please! Email me your full name, phone number, email address and location.....and I'll keep you updated on all the details!
